Your responsibilities
You will help us to implement the research ideas of the HRI into prototype systems, this includes in detail
- Development, maintenance and integration of components for a visual perception system for a robotic teleoperation research system
- Identification of novel methods from scientific publications on robot perception, e.g., object pose estimation, implementation of prototypes and evaluation on the robot systemStrong interaction within the local team
- Strong interaction within the local team
- Discussion and integration in the larger global team
- Tackle sub-problems independently
- System calibration
Your profile
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Proficiency in Python and C++
- Experience with the basics of machine learning (ML), ML framework (e.g. pytorch or tensorflow) and computer vision
- Preferably also knowledge of ROS and Git
This position is initially limited to 2 years.
